Yes, you do not pay extra for shipping packaging. All gift sets come with unique boxes or baskets and are laid in shredded crinkle paper—each gift is wrapped in a bow and tagged explicitly to the occasion.
We aim to process all orders within two working days. The standard shipping can take up to 3-5 working days. First-class shipping takes between 2-3 working days. We use Royal Mail delivery service and other courier services, which will vary. If you need the item urgently, please email us at hella@bellachuzzi.com, and we will see what we can do.
We can ship internationally on request only. If you require international delivery, please contact us before placing your order at hello@bellachuzzi.com. We will review your request and let you know the best shipping options for your destination.
Standard delivery is £5.99 flat rate or £9.99 for next day delivery. The delivery rate applies to UK shipping addresses only.
Certainly! Gifts purchase from Bellachuzzi can be shipped directly to the person of your choice. A receipt and order confirmation are emailed to you, the sender. When the sender/buyer is different to the recipient of the gift, it will not include a copy of the printed receipt in the shipped item. When making a purchase, there is an option to add a greeting card or add a personal message. Just let us know what message you’ll like added to your gift.
Yes, you can add more than one box to your order. If you would like the boxes sent to different addresses, you’ll need to place these as separate orders.

We hope that you are delighted with your Bellachuzzi purchase. However, if you are unhappy with it, email hello@bellachuzzi.com within seven days of receiving the item, and we will do our best to rectify the situation.
Returned gifts must be in an unused condition in their original packaging. Returns must be within 28 days of delivery.
If you do wish to return an item, it is your responsibility to use a secure postage method. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a signed service for your peace of mind. You will be required to pay the return postage costs.
All returned items will be refunded as soon as we receive the returned parcel in the above conditions. Refunds will be for the amount of the items at the time of purchase and will not include a refund for the original delivery costs. If you were to cancel your order before it is shipped, we would refund the cost of the item and the initial delivery costs.
