All goods that appear for sale on this herein website (“the website”) as advertised as invitations to treat and imply no sale offer. By placing an order with Bellachuzzi, you offer to purchase the goods detailed within that order, which Bellachuzzi may or may not accept at their sole discretion.
You undertake that all the details you provide to purchase or order goods are correct, that the credit or debit card you are using is your own, and sufficient funds to cover the costs of your purchasing products.
Suppose for any reason your credit card details are incorrect, or there are not enough funds in the account or for any other reason, your order will be processed. Bellachuzzi will have the right to rescind, and upon their election to do so, will cancel the order.
If there are any changes to the details supplied by you, it is your responsibility to inform Bellachuzzi as soon as possible. ORDERING FROM US
To place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. You will be sent an order acknowledgement by email detailing the products you have requested. Our acceptance of an order takes place at the point of dispatch to you. The purchase contract is therefore created when the order is shipped, even if your payment has been processed immediately. Unless we notify the purchaser, we do not accept your order or your order has been cancelled for any reason.
Unfortunately, there may be some instances where we may have to refuse to accept an order:

Food products that Bellachuzzi provides are labelled with possible allergen-containing ingredients from the manufacturer. Any non-labelled food always has a risk of possible allergen contamination. Bellachuzzi will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, including labelled and non-labelled food products.
SUBSTITUTIONS
At Bellachuzzi, we pride ourselves on providing an excellent shopping experience. Unfortunately, certain items can become unavailable occasionally and without a lot of notice, especially during Covid-19. In the event that an item is unavailable at the time of your order; in that case, we reserve the right to substitute any item of the same type, of equal or more excellent value, and as close to your original item as possible. We will not replace an item unless the quality and aesthetic meet our exceptionally high design standards.
DAMAGES
We must receive notification of damaged products within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep all original packing material for courier inspection to filing a claim with our shipper for products damaged during shipping. We require an image of the damage to be emailed to us at hello@bellachuzzi.com for our review.
MARKETING
Bellachuzzi reserves the right to include a business card and/or insert a card inside each welcome gift. We also reserve the right to publish finished products on social media, industry blogs, and our Blog.
CUSTOMISABLE ITEMS
All customisable items (i.e., personalised gift, tags or sticker templates, uploaded documents, custom printing) included in an order will be printed exactly as the customer submits. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure that all submissions are correct. Bellachuzzi is not responsible for any misspellings, typographical errors, omissions, or other inaccuracies in the customer’s requests.
CHANGES TO PRICING & SERVICES
Prices for our products and services are subject to change without notice. Bellachuzzi reserves the right to modify or discontinue any service. (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
DISCOUNT CODES
At times, we may offer discount codes that may apply to any or certain purchases made through this website. Each discount code will be subject to the terms & conditions specified when the discount code is issued. You can use Only one discount code against an order at any one time. A discount code cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
The Bellachuzzi store will notify you of any exclusions regarding the discount codes, and you cannot use an expired discount code. Discount codes that seize to be active due to technical errors or issues beyond our control reserve the right to cancel it immediately or
suspend it. Discount codes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Discount codes can only be used by the recipient and must be kept confidential unless stated otherwise. If Bellachuzzi feels misusing the discount code, we reserve the right to cancel or suspend the discount code or your account without notice.
